本周视点近期，欧洲财政一体化取得了明显进展，相关政策有望很快出台。这为欧洲央行发射它的“火箭筒”——大规模购买欧洲国家债券——做好了准备。欧央行如果出手，将会极大平息欧洲目前的紧张局势。但对中国来说，欧央行的“火箭筒”将更多带来情绪上的好转，并不会对中国经济增长带来太大影响。国内经济走向仍然取决于国内政策。
